My pregnancy yoga classes are a welcoming space where you can connect deeply with yourself and your baby.

Our practice will nourish and strengthen your mind and body (specific muscle groups & pelvic floor). We learn breathwork and relaxation techniques to prepare you for birth. The classes are also a great place to meet local mamas-to-be!

If you’re new to yoga, you are very welcome - I give lots of options and you can move at your own pace.

I trained under the wonderful Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, a luminary in the world of prenatal yoga and women’s health.

 

Weekly classes are on Mondays at 7:30pm (1 hour). In Station Hall, Herne Hill.

Classes are £13 drop-in or buy a pack of 5 for £60.
