Part yoga for you and part yoga for your baby, these classes are a great way to build strength back into your body as well bonding with your baby.
For the postnatal yoga (adapted for dads/carers), we strengthen core and pelvic floor. We release tight muscles and learn simple breathing techniques for relaxation.
We gently assist babies’ movement to harness their natural reflexes. We include baby massage which is great for soothing, releasing frustration and helping with mood and sleep.
The classes are great for your baby’s physical, neurological and social development. They’re also a great way to meet other local mums / parents!

WHERE?
The classes are at the lovely Effra Space which is just next to Brockwell park (Herne Hill / Brixton).
Mats & props are provided, both spaces are buggy friendly and have tea/coffee and a comfy place to feed!
WHAT AGE?
Babies can start at around 8 weeks (you’re welcome to come before to just relax and join in the suitable movements).
Up to around 9 months (or crawling actively), this will depend on your baby.
